How do I cancel Plus?
In your Apple account’s subscriptions. Everything you logged stays.
Plus isn’t showing after I bought it
Open the Plus screen in the app and tap Restore purchases.
I have a new iPhone
Sign in to the same iCloud, install Baby Notes and tap Restore a backup on the Welcome screen.
Can you recover my data?
We have no copy of it. Your iCloud backup is the way to get it back.
