Not medical advice
Baby Notes is not a medical service. Our guides, tips and nudges are for information only. They don’t diagnose or treat anything and don’t replace a doctor.
If you have any concern about your baby’s health, always contact your doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Our guidance is based on information published by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). They aren’t connected with Baby Notes and don’t endorse it. Guidance can change and can differ between countries, so check the date on each guide and follow your doctor’s advice and your local health service.
The app
Your use of the app is covered by Apple’s standard license agreement and these terms. You need to be an adult parent or caregiver to use it. Nudges and timers are based on what you log and may not always be right or arrive on time, so don’t rely on them for your baby’s care.
Baby Notes Plus
Plus is sold through the App Store as Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime, at the price shown there. Monthly and Yearly renew automatically until you cancel, which you do in your Apple account settings. Lifetime is a single purchase. Yearly includes a 7-day free trial if you’re eligible. Refunds are handled by Apple. If Plus ends, everything you logged stays yours to see, edit and back up, and only the Plus features stop.
Your data
What you log stays on your phone and, if you back up, in your own iCloud. We have no copy, so we can’t recover it if it’s lost. See our privacy policy.
Our content
The Baby Notes name, logo, guides and app belong to us. You’re welcome to read and share links to our guides, but please don’t copy or republish them without asking. We link to sources such as the CDC and AAP, and we’re not responsible for other sites.
Liability
The app, this website and their content are provided “as is”, for information only, without any promise that they’re complete, accurate, up to date or always available. You use them at your own risk, and decisions about your baby’s care remain yours.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Neslihan Yildiz and Baby Notes accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, harm or damage arising from using or relying on the app, this website or their content. This includes decisions made from our guides, tips or nudges, reminders that are wrong or late, and lost data. We’re also not responsible for services run by others, including Apple, iCloud, our payment provider and the sites we link to.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that can’t be limited under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here takes away rights you have under your local consumer law.
